Add notification for Kitchen Accent power status to inform parents when the plug is switched off. Enhances user awareness for kitchen appliance management. Notify Stacey when she turns off the Kitchen Accent switch.

Add automation to notify users when the Kitchen Accent power is cut and switches go offline. Includes triggers for switch state changes and conditions to check the state of a specific group. Enhances user awareness for kitchen appliances. Closes Closes Notify Stacey when she turns off the Kitchen Accent switch.
