Add support for the ARTICLE_INFO_REQUEST notification

Upon reception of an ARTICLE_INFO_REQUEST notification, newsfeed will
respond with the notification ARTICLE_INFO_RESPONSE, containing the
fields 'title', 'source', 'date', 'desc' and 'url'.
