update deps and fix animateCSS_spec test (#3811)

- animateCSS_spec test did throw errors at least with newest
dependencies (running locally or on gitlab)
- dependency updates: New jest v30 breaks our tests so we have to stay
with v29 until fixed (will take a look)

...
