Maybe it's a good idea to use latest@node version for automated-tests

Actually it's an "random" version

Note: it's already used [there in
electronRebuild](https://github.com/MagicMirrorOrg/MagicMirror/blob/develop/.github/workflows/electronRebuild.yaml#L19)
