[cosmetic] Weather module humidity positioning (#3330) 
This PR adds an option to tweak the layout of the weather module. When
set, the humidity appears alongside the temperature:

Weather Module

This module will be configurable to be used as a current weather view, or to show the forecast. This way the module can be used twice to fulfill both purposes.
