to call `sudo apt-get update` before `sudo apt-get install` I had problems running the tests on my fork, while running the `apt-get install` command in automated tests workflow I got ```bash E: Failed to fetch http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/m/mesa/libegl-mesa0_24.0.9-0ubuntu0.3_amd64.deb 404 Not Found [IP: 52.147.219.192 80] ``` Found a similar [Issue](https://github.com/actions/runner-images/issues/10785#issuecomment-2420741561) with a solution which is to run `sudo apt-get update` before.
