When handling a reload of chan_iax2, don't use an ao2_callback() to POKE all
peers. Instead, use an iterator. By using an iterator, the peers container is not locked while the POKE is being done. It can cause a deadlock if the peers container is locked because poking a peer will try to lock pvt structs, while there is a lot of other code that will hold a pvt lock when trying to go lock the peers container. (reported to me directly by Loic Didelot. Thank you for the debug info!) git-svn-id: https://origsvn.digium.com/svn/asterisk/branches/1.4@83175 65c4cc65-6c06-0410-ace0-fbb531ad65f3
