d411087275 - Add Tilghman to the copyright info ... he wrote the hard part :) 
- Remove some magic in unload_module that isn't needed.  Module use counts
   already ensure that the function isn't going to be in use at this point.

67fd292f96 Add a trivial new dialplan function, AST_CONFIG(), which allows you to access 
a variable from an Asterisk configuration file in the dialplan, or anywhere
else where dialplan functions can be used.

(Inspired by a discussion with Tilghman and Pari)
