Richard Mudgett 287689849c test_substituition: Fix failed test reporting to actually report failure. ...

You cannot put the "Testing <blah> pass/fail" on a single line before
actually performing the test.  Now any additional failure information is
logged before the test pass/fail announcement.

* Added an additional CDR(answer,u) test.
