This fixes the following compile-time warning:

Fix by including byteswap.h, which is available on Linux and also
everywhere glibc is used (wpa_supplicant includes this header the same
way).

fix incorrect string termination
...
if read multi times when waiting for a slow client, then bytes is much shorter than datalen
so it could incorrectly terminate the string and data could be lost

Any browser (Firefox, Chrome, Opera) that can run Verto can do TLS1.2, We shouldn't lower the bar when we don't need too.
